Prescription Products

These items require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider before they can be shipped. By purchasing prescription products, you confirm that:

Tree Sleep reserves the right to refuse to ship any prescription product if a valid prescription cannot be verified. In such cases, the order will be refunded in full.

Non-prescription accessories — including masks, cushions, headgear, filters, tubing, water chambers, and cleaning supplies — do not require a prescription.

No Medical Relationship

Purchasing products from Tree Sleep, browsing our website, or contacting our customer support team does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Tree Sleep is a retailer of sleep products and is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Home Sleep Test

Tree Sleep facilitates the purchase of at-home sleep testing services through licensed third-party providers. Sleep test results are interpreted by independent licensed healthcare providers, not by Tree Sleep. Tree Sleep is not responsible for the clinical accuracy, interpretation, or follow-up care related to test results, which is the responsibility of the licensed provider performing the interpretation.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including specifications, dimensions, materials, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that product images on the website will display identically on every monitor or device, or that product descriptions are entirely free of typographical errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Tree Sleep reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
