Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Tree Sleep. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. This policy covers our shipping practices, timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Some products require additional verification before shipping (see "Prescription Items" below) — these may take an additional 1–3 business days to process.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Free on orders over $75, otherwise calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods (holidays, sales) can affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges regardless of order total.
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping speed selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking page or through your Tree Sleep account.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at info@treesleep.com.
Prescription Items
Certain products — including continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines, bilevel devices, and prescription bundles — require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider before shipping. After ordering, you'll receive an email with instructions to upload your prescription. Your order will ship within 1–2 business days of prescription verification.
If we're unable to verify your prescription, we'll refund your order in full.
Individual accessories (masks, cushions, headgear, filters, tubing) do not require a prescription.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us at info@treesleep.com immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery location (porch, garage, side door)
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before they arrive
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at info@treesleep.com and we'll work with you to file a claim or arrange a replacement.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@treesleep.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
